Black Currant Juice is Astoundingly Rich in Nutrients!

Black currants have been consumed for centuries medicinally and as a wine, syrup and flavoring from China and Europe to North America, where they’re grown naturally and used by Native Americans. The berry became popular with American colonists in the early 1600’s and have grown in popularity ever since, especially in Great Britain during WWII for their high content of vitamin C.

Black currant juice has enormous benefits for relieving infection, symptoms caused by PMS, pain related to menstruation, menopause, poor night vision, arthritis, cancer, inflammation, bladder stones and Alzheimer’s disease.

They are an abundant source of many vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, antioxidant compounds and phytonutrients.

Vitamins include A, B-complex compounds and an exceedingly rich content of vitamin C. They’re abundant in minerals particularly potassium, as well as iron, calcium copper magnesium, zinc, manganese and phosphorus.
